RatingSent my Roborock S7 to repair and replace sensors, also for full servicing and deep cleaning. Fairly reasonable price for the service and professionalism. Very prompt replies on WhatsApp. Fair note: They will charge RM180 for diagnostic fees, which is non-refundable. HOWEVER, this fee is waived and deducted from total repairs if we decide to proceed with the repairs. And I truly believe this is a fair price for their services. My only complaint would be that as a first time sending my robot to repair, their service center was quite hard to locate the lift entrance. It took me 15 minutes of walking about before I could ask someone to guide me as it was during the weekend. All-in-all, I highly recommend them as a 3rd party independent repair as I'm very satisfied.
