The place may have a been a little difficult to find since I'm not from the area but I would say the service is definitely on point. Very organised and systematic. My vacuum mop Xiaomi is ready for collection and I like how they give us option to self collect or arrange for delivery. Keep up the good work!
Because they had a large number of vacuums to service, understandably my vacuum took close to one month to complete. Communication on the progress of the service is great!
It took a bit longer for them to find the problem, but it was fixed pretty fast !

The person was courteous, and also explain the process on how long it takes, estimated charges etc. And they don’t insist that you repair, they will leave it up to you to make the final decision rather than pestering you to repair. Will definitely go again in the future
