An incredibly efficient team of people here. Ever friendly and clear with the process. Getting to the office is tricky (no thanks to the layout design of the shop lots at Cascades), but I called them and they guided me through the maze. Thankful for a reliable option for Dyson product servicing and repairs.

This is the second time I sent a robot vacuum here for repair. This time was for Roborock Mop Vacuum. The technician detected that fault was defective battery causing my machine to sometimes not charge properly. I have to say that this place has A LOT of pending repairs going on simultaneously and repairs may take some time to complete depending on complexity and if parts arrive on time or not. For comparison, my first repair on a different Roborock vacuum took only just about 2 weeks to repair as they had parts available in stock. This time, it took 1 full month to finally be able to collect due to having to wait for replacement battery. The long wait was also contributed by the fact that the wrong part was sent, and an additional 1-week wait was needed. Overall, the staffs are very responsive to WhatsApp follow-ups, however, you may have to repeat your message again after getting the "autoreply" so that a human operator will check on your inquiry. IMPORTANT NOTE: Don't set expectations that your repair will automatically take only 1-2 weeks to complete repairs. RoboCare in my opinion is one of the few 3rd party repair centers that offer reliable services for fair value for money. Hence, they have MANY repairs being done simultaneously. I'll repeat again that repair duration depends very much on the complexity and if whether they carry ready parts stock or not.
