I sent my Roborock F25 for repair in February 2026 and am still waiting for an update. Despite numerous follow-ups, there has been little to no response regarding the status of my unit. While repairs may take time, customers should at least be kept informed of the progress. The lack of communication for such an extended period is unacceptable. I have attached supporting evidence and hope the owner or management will take immediate action to resolve this matter.
The RoboCare team is highly helpful and efficient. When my Xiaomi X10+ failed to start up properly, I brought it to the shop, where the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provided clear explanations regarding the device's issues and our repair options. Since we live in a different state, RoboCare kindly offered to ship it back to our house for a fee. Overall, we are thoroughly satisfied with their excellent service.
Not very responsive in WhatsApp messaging; took more than 1 week just to change rubber wheel. Polite staff. Rubber wheel for Roborock = RM200 Deep cleaning = RM230

He patiently listen to my Ecovacs X2 robot mopping problem, provided his genuine professional opinion based on his experiences and also provided possible troubleshooting steps. As a result, we were able to identify the issue very quickly.
I sent in my DYSON vacuum V12 to replace the torn hose located in the vacuum head. RoboCare staff responded promptly and clearly via WhatsApp and were friendly both via WhatsApp and in-person (Amir & Kirthiga). There were lots of emails & WhatsApp messages to keep me informed on the repair status and action needed to be taken by me, the customer resulting in a smooth process. The replacement of the hose was done quickly within three (3) days! RoboCare also arranges the courier to return the item for a minimal fee (which is great for me as I live quite far away). I had an excellent experience with RoboCare! :))

The process to send for repair takes weeks..and the repair it swlft takes months. The quality is so bad that it broke down after 3 months. After repaired sent back with the same issue...it was like never repaired at all. The strange thing is the packaging n sealing is exactly the same like when it was shipped over for repair. It was like sent back without being opened. When u try to complain to the shop in shopee..they block you so that other customers cannot see your comment. Lousy service and lousy product quality. Do reconsider other brand than this brand. the model I bought and broken is F25 ACE . This comment maybe again get deleted similar to what they have been doing in other selling platform.

Send my device for a simple sensor change that has already been confirmed by the service Center, thought I’ll send it here and get t repaired fast… didn’t bother to contact until I had to call. And for a simple sensor change, they know quote me for a motherboard change. I clearly told them the problem and what I wanted to be changed. Scam you into paying 180 and then charge you for something that isn’t spoilt. Very disappointed.
