Took my Roborock to the shop. Quite professional people there. However, Can only communicate through emails after that .
Sent my almost 3 year old Roborock S6 MaxV to replace worn tires and also to check on the Lidar Turret as it gets jammed every now and then. Paid RM180 for diagnostic fee and diagnostic came back to a faulty battery. Got the battery replace and a deep cleaning of the unit. The diagnostic fee is deducted against other fees incurred and I received updates/reports at every stages. Support Team were very responsive to my enquiries and diagnostic reports were clear. Price is clearly stated for recommended services and work will only commence when I make the payment and give them the green light to proceed. Overall, satisfactory experience and it took about 1 month, from the day I drop it off and receive job completion notification from the team.

The drop-off studio is abit challenging to get to, especially if you’re not familiar with the place. But just send them a message and they will share a detailed step-by-step guide on getting there. Professional and prompt, there is an initial diagnostic deposit of RM180 to be paid on the spot during drop-off (which will later be refunded) An email will be sent as acknowledgement with your machine’s serial number. My diagnostic report & cost to repair was emailed in a few days, and they will only proceed to repair once you’ve given approval and made payment. A few weeks later, they emailed saying it has been fixed and they can even arrange for delivery back to me at a small fee. Yay happy me. Can’t wait to receive my Roborock in its former glory. Thanks team, it was a painless process and very professionally conducted. Well done!
