Location of Service centre is easily accessible. Communication on the Service through email is prompt and precise. Payment is easily made through their portal. However, I'm trying to request delivery of the repaired dry & wet mop to my address but Payment cannot be accepted. Please advise

Sent my Roborock S7 to repair and replace sensors, also for full servicing and deep cleaning. Fairly reasonable price for the service and professionalism. Very prompt replies on WhatsApp. Fair note: They will charge RM180 for diagnostic fees, which is non-refundable. HOWEVER, this fee is waived and deducted from total repairs if we decide to proceed with the repairs. And I truly believe this is a fair price for their services. My only complaint would be that as a first time sending my robot to repair, their service center was quite hard to locate the lift entrance. It took me 15 minutes of walking about before I could ask someone to guide me as it was during the weekend. All-in-all, I highly recommend them as a 3rd party independent repair as I'm very satisfied.
